On June 30, 2010, A Place for Women opened its doors, offering women of all ages a safe and supportive environment where they can seek information on the myriad of matters surrounding pregnancy and other women's issues.

The center exists to provide women with a line-up of support services such as free pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling, adoption referrals, abstinence education, post-abortive recovery classes, and more. The center is run by trained volunteers in the Waipio Shopping Center.

Services are provided free of charge and by appointment.

What we offer is a place for women to rest their hearts. When women arrive at the center in crisis, they are so afraid. They don’t need judgment— just caring and the truth.
